To whom it may concern,
We are writing this in order to provide a letter of reference for Carlo Barletta of Barletta Construction, Weirs Lane, Dundas, Ontario.
We first met Carlo a few years ago when we needed to carry out some renovations at our previous home. He was referred to us by friends who had nothing but praise for the work he had done for them. It soon became obvious that was the person that we wished to build our new home.
The architectural design and development of the plans for the new home took a long time, but Carlo was able and eager to give us advice and direct us where necessary.
Our project was the largest that Carlo had experienced but he impressed us with his knowledge and general skills. As we look back it is amazing that everything went as well as it did. The reason had to be Carlo's management skills. Throughout the building program there was almost daily contact to discuss various issues. This happened because Carlo was on site daily and always on top of things.
Carlo continues to develop contacts with the various tradesmen and has built up a group of excellent people with whom to work. He was able to organize the timing with minimal delay allowing the project to move forward at a steady pace. His estimate for completion date was realistic.
Carlo is very careful and complete in the work he does. He strives for perfection and is unhappy with anything less. He expects the same from the workers he hires.
We fell that during the construction of the house that we had a special relationship with Carlo, built on mutual honesty and trust. The end result is what we feel is a magnificent residence.
We have absolutely no reservations about recommending Carlo to anyone considering building a new house.
Sincerely,
Dr. and Mrs. D.A. Lamont
